Lakeshore State Park is a 22-acre park on the shores of Lake Michigan. Located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee, the Park is an urban oasis with a small beach and accessible paved trails that connect with Milwaukee’s other lakefront parks and the Hank Aaron State Trail. The Park’s lagoon is great for kayaking, and fishing is permitted along the shoreline. Pets are permitted provided they are on a leash. A vehicle admission sticker is not required at Lakeshore State Park.
