Havenwoods State Forest is the only urban state forest in Wisconsin and includes 237 acres of grasslands, woods, and wetlands. The Park has over six miles of trails for hiking, running, and biking and is a prime location for bird and wildlife watching. There is a nature center, ponds, a 120-foot bridge, and benches to just sit and relax. Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing are permitted during the winter. Dogs are permitted in select areas. A vehicle admission sticker is not required at Havenwoods State Forest.
