About Wisconsin Harbor Towns
Since 2000, the Wisconsin Harbor Towns Association (WHTA) has been a driving force in promoting Wisconsin’s harbor towns. A 501 C6 non-profit organization comprised of tourism offices in 19 Great Lakes harbor towns, members of the association produce the popular Wisconsin Harbor Towns Travel Guide, an extensive and engaging website, trip itineraries, a monthly e-newsletter, and social media channels.
The association has created strategic partnerships in the public and private sectors orchestrated several Wisconsin Department of Tourism and Wisconsin Coastal Management Program grants and have been awarded nearly $100,000 in grants to promote Wisconsin’s Great Lakes coasts, boating, and marinas.
