The Anderson House is an 1875 farmhouse that was brought to Sister Bay over the ice from Marinette in 1895. It stands in the same spot it was originally placed, where Highway 57 intersects Fieldcrest Road and Country Lane. The Sister Bay Historical Society eventually took over restoration of the home, and they added a post and beam barn, machine shed, two log cabins, granary, chicken coop, sawmill, blacksmith shop, hundreds of farm tools and implements and more.

Visitors can view the Anderson House Museum and additional buildings, called The Corner of the Past, as well as walk the trimmed paths or enjoy a picnic on the property. Take a half-hour guided tour or pick up a map for a self-guided tour. They are open Monday through Friday.
