The Sheboygan County Historical Museum consists of six buildings and over 35,000 artifacts that capture the history of the area and its early settlers. The Taylor House, log cabin and barn will take you back to yesteryear. In December, the Museum transforms into a winter wonderland as they exhibit many of the window displays that were once part of the iconic Prange’s department store downtown.

The Museum is open February 1st through October 31st. The Holiday Memories exhibit is open afternoons from the day after Thanksgiving through December 23rd. Group tours available by appointment.
