The Warehouse is an art museum and research center free and open to the public. The renovated former factory has 4,500-square-feet of exhibit space and houses permanent and rotating exhibits based on the private international collection of co-founders Jan Serr and John Shannon. It is the only museum in Milwaukee dedicated solely to the exhibition and study of modern and contemporary art. The Warehouse Art Museum is located in the Guardian Fine Art Services building.
