The Oak Leaf Trail is a more than 135-mile multi-use trail for walking, biking, rollerblading, running, and birding. The trail is mostly paved and runs around Milwaukee County. Portions of the trail are on-road and shared with traffic. The trail is comprised of seven main branch lines, two scenic loops and two east-west connectors. Access the lakeshore portion of the trail from Veteran’s Park in Milwaukee. Pets are permitted if leashed.
