Lakefront Brewery began in 1987 and continues producing innovative ales and lagers to this day. Lakefront touts many U.S. brewing industry firsts, including the first beer made from 100% in-state grown ingredients, the first certified organic brewery, and the first government-certified gluten-free beer. Over 80,000 people tour the brewery each year. Book a tour and try one of around two dozen beers on tap in the Beer Hall. Private group tours are available upon request. Dogs are allowed on the outdoor patio.
