The Wisconsin Maritime Museum explores the rich maritime history of the Manitowoc area and the Great Lakes. The Museum has 60,000 square feet of exciting and interactive exhibits, including a unique collection of model ships and boats, historic vessels and even a working steam engine.
Explore the streets of Old Manitowoc and learn about the shipbuilding history of Wisconsin. Tour the WWII submarine USS Cobia, which is the best-preserved submarine in the country and a National Historic Landmark. The Museum gladly accommodates groups.
