This east side brewery has a taproom that is open Wednesday thru Saturday, and their beer is also sold in many Green Bay bars and liquor stores. Stillmank’s most popular brew is Wisco Disco, a deep amber colored beer brewed with five different malts and four giant hop additions finished with cold conditioning (not pasteurized) which leaves it naturally cloudy and refreshing.
Take a tour of the brewing area and order a flight to sample several Stillmank beers. Another fan favorite is the Perky Porter (made with locally roasted coffee at La Java Roasting House), served in a coffee mug with a donut hole on the side.
