Little Sand Bay Beach is part of the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore and is located next to the boat launch by the Little Sand Bay Visitor Center. There is a playground right next to the beach, and this is also a great beach to launch kayaks from.
From Bayfield, drive north on State Highway 13 for 5 miles. Go right on Old County Highway K for 5 more miles, then a right on Little Sand Bay Road.
